Rules and Regulations for the Sale, Use, and Distribution of Water

Per Calfornia Water Code section 31024, a county water district may establish rules and regulations for the sales, distribution, and use of water. 

The following are the resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District pertaining to those rules and regulations:

• Resolution No. 25-16: Amended and restated the Rules and Regulations for the Sale, Use, and Distribution of Water on 11/16/16. 
  • Resolution No. 04-20: Amended the Rules and Regulations for the Sale, Use, and Distribution of Water at Part Q on 04/15/20. 
  • Resolution No. 05-20: Amended the Rules and Regulations for the Sale, Use, and Distribution of Water at Part D on 05/20/20. 
  • Resolution No. 12-20: Amended the Rules and Regulations for the Sale, Use, and Distribution of Water at Part P on 08/19/20.
