Ongoing M&I Allocation Requests

Applicable form to be completed and submitted annually by January 15th to request an allocation of water for the calendar year.

Residential - Term M&I

This form (Exhibit A.1) is to be completed by residential property owners (i.e., not tenants) with valid Term M&I Agreements with TCCWD.

Residential - Mutual and Community Systems

This form (Exhibit A.2) is to be completed by residential property owners (i.e., not tenants) served by mutual water companies or community shared wells.

Residential - Mixed Use Parcels

This form (Exhibit A.3) is to be completed by residential property owners (i.e., not tenants) with mixed uses on their property.

Residential - Domestic

This form (Exhibit A.4) is to be completed by residential property owners (i.e., not tenants) with a private well.

Commercial/Industrial

This form (Exhibit A.5) is to be completed by commercial/industrial property owners (i.e., not tenants).
