If you currently own a well or plan to drill a well in the adjudicated Tehachapi Basin and you do not own water rights, please contact the District office to complete and submit the Application and Agreement for Water Supply.  The fee for the meter can be paid via check or cash. Although the application and agreement is available for printing, it will not be accepted electronically.
